Strategic Planning

OPTIMUM and its partners have conducted many strategic planning for NGO institutes, government bodies, networks, and businesses, through pre-analysis, workshop facilitation, as well as documentation of the planning and operational aspects in order to link strategic goals with outputs and activities. 
We have developed strategic plans, logical frameworks and action plans for many NGOs, for multiple governmental bodies including national gender strategy and Work Based Learning National Strategy including its M&E system, and tools and action plans.
