These trainings were conducted for the engaged team in specific consultancies and as part of capacity building for the team and quality control for the consultancy. Consultants are supported and mentored throughout the consultancy. Field workers are oriented and supported in each mission.

 

 

A team of OPTIMUM consultants was also trained in using online interactive management and private sector development tools.

 

 Dr. Randa Hilal and Dr. Tawfiq Nassar were trained on entrepreneurs, management, and business development games and obtained them. While both were ILM certified as Business Coach.
