Capacity Building and Institutional Development

OPTIMUM provides Capacity development in the form of developing systems, and manual, developing structures, providing Training of Trainers (TOT), to develop in-house capacities of networks and organizations, in addition to providing performance-based training, coaching and counseling to various sectors, groups, and organizations. We customize capacity development to the specific needs of beneficiaries and have vast experience of providing performance-based training to NGOs, Networks, and Business Development Services.  

For example, OPTIMUM is currently implementing the Capacity Building Program for European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) 2015-2018 in West Bank and Gaza, providing training to CSOs on Planning, Targeting, M&E, Reporting and Financial Reporting, enabling them to meet EU contractual obligations for their grants.

OPTIMUM has also conducted capacity building training and coaching for NGOs and CSOs on Right Based Approach (RBA), and RBA within planning on the local and regional level supported by NCA, as well as facilitating various regional and local strategic workshops regarding woman and youth.
