Management Consulting

OPTIMUM provides management consulting through training, mentoring, coaching, developing relevant manuals, plans, and assessments. The two OPTIMUM partners are certified Business Coach, and one of the partners is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Partners have been carrying out management consulting for the government, civil society, and the private sector's institutes for over two decades. Both partners and other OPTIMUM consultants were recently trained to use new management consulting tools including games and on- line simulations.

OPTIMUM invests in its consultants and continues to upgrade their skills and prepare them for accreditation.
