OPTIMUM partners are entrepreneurs themselves and have worked and trained other companies through incubation, as well as coaching them to achieve growth and sustainable development.

We delivered various courses on entrepreneurship skills and traits, and on start-up skills and delivered them to various groups including male and female entrepreneurs, most of our training followed by mentoring to the entrepreneurs. The training covered different geographic areas.

We work to improve private sector skills, innovation and thus competitiveness. Our consultancies with SME's and entrepreneurs to innovate their products and services, have helped them to enter new markets and generate employment opportunities based on growth.

OPTIMUM believes in the value of innovation and utilizes effective training methods that lead to practical results. Simulation ‘business games’ have been shown to have the most impact upon learning, enabling our clients to see the impact of decisions and attempt to solve problems in relation to management, finance, organizational behaviour, human resources, and marketing. This innovative educational tool provides invaluable training in business skills, as well as enabling both quantitative and qualitative evaluation of performance.

We also conducted various business plans, marketing plans, branding, strategies for private sector businesses.

OPTIMUM and partners also provided business coaching for various size companies MSMEs, working in various business sectors.

Our partners have in 2018 been both certified as ILM Business Coach, Tawfiq is a certified CEFE trainer. Both have recently trained in new international business development and simulation games.
