Established since 2005, OPTIMUM for consulting and training has over 13 years of experience in providing consultancy in development for public, civil society, and businesses, for projects and programmes on the national and regional levels. And have worked with many international organisations.

OPTIMUM has conducted evaluations, assessments, reviews, planning, strategic plans, M&E, and capacity building for different organisations, in the form of training, coaching system development, and documents of processes and procedures. Have worked with many sectors including education, TVET, business development, entrepreneurship development, Civil Society Development, public sector development, gender and within various sectors. OPTIMUM has provided services for projects and programmes and initiatives working in inclusive economic development, social development and human development, and Micro Fianance. 

OPTIMUM has offices in the West Bank and Gaza.  With a network of field workers reaching all areas and a strong group of over 30 highly experienced consultants in their fields, the team is led by a well-established and known figure with over 30 years of experience in providing consultancy and technical assistance.
