In order for the region to achieve economic development, increased employment figures, and growth, it is crucial that support and enabling mechanisms are in place for micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses. 

OPTIMUM experts has vast experience in 'Training of Trainers' in the fields of financial management, financial analysis, and marketing for MFIs and credit scoring. OPTIMUM has conducted studies on access of MSMEs to finance within different sectors and for the poor. OPTIMUM have conducted Impact Assessment Research of "Micro-Credit Loans on Palestinian Women", published in Arabic & English languages.  

Our Team Leader, Dr. Tawfiq Nassar is a specialist in Microfinance in the MENA region. He is also working since 2013 as a guest lecturer on Microfinance in the MENA region at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. He is well versed on the effect of all microfinance indicators on the microfinance sector, the MFIs and the economy at large.
