Institutional Building

Creating strong public and private sector institutes is part of our interest and engagement. OPTIMUM was engaged in various capacity building initiatives for the institutional building including training, mentoring, coaching and developing systems, guiding and operational manuals. In addition to transforming some of the developed systems into software by engaging relevant consultants. OPTIMUM was also engaged in developing strategic plans and M&E systems for different institutes, and for cross-sectoral bodies.

OPTIMUM has worked with individual and multiple Government and governmental bodies, and  has worked with Civil Society Organisations and Networks. OPTIMUM has also worked with private sector representative institutes.

OPTIMUM was able to provide various tailor-made institutional building based on pre service thorough assessments.
