OPTIMUM is contracted by the EU- EIDHR to provide support for the Civil Society Organisations (CSO) working in the area of human rights beneficiaries of a grant within the EU to improve and build their capacities to manage their projects, for better impact and sustainability with well‐ recognized visibility as per the EU's obligations. OPTIMUM carried training on various 'Results‐ Based Approach' - Project Cycle Management (PCM) and M&E training. OPTIMUM provided tailor-made training and coaching for CSOs in the West Bank and Gaza in areas of Basic and Advanced Project Cycle Management (PCM), Planning, Targeting, Advanced M&E, Reporting and Financial Reporting, RBA, and Gender Mainstreaming, enabling them to meet EU contractual obligations for their grants. Training has integrated and included Rights- Based Approach.
In addition; OPTIMUM worked on producing a booklet of best practices and lessons learned from CSOs working in human rights, and contains other resources to be a resource book for these institutes.
