OPTIMUM was contracted to upgrade the contents of the NGO-VET League TVET portal through the support of Save the Children and Mercy Corps in 2011 and to upgrade it's content through the support of Mercy Corps in 2017. OPTIMUM  acted as the TVET consultant and Career Resource Center Developer for the TVET Portal that serves students, graduates, families, and institutes of NGO-VET League, Portal is www.tvet.ps, in the 2017-2018 OPTIMUM upgraded interactive tests and resources were added to the Career Resource Materials, and the interactive library was enriched with materials and resources. Professional Cards were linked with upgraded specialisations at the TVET institutes.
