OPTIMUM provided 3 consultancies for COOPI through an EU project during the years (2013-2015) consisting of Labour Market Analysis and Skills Survey in East Jerusalem. Curricula Upgrade and Development for TVET institutes in East Jerusalem followed the labour market analysis and skills survey, we developed 5 training programs and 17 modules as well as 5 enriching modules and training of trainers (TOT). 
 
We also carried out a pre and post Knowledge Attitudes and Practices (KAP) Survey of school students' knowledge, attitude, and practices towards VET. We developed the tools, piloted, validated and conducted quantitative and qualitative surveys. 

A Rapid Needs Assessment for East-Jerusalem Labour Market was also conducted in 2017. Supported by COOPI through and EU project.
