OPTIMUM conducted market research and thereafter developed a suitable business plan for the set- up of a small handicraft production in Burj Al Luqluq (BALL) Association, Old City-Jerusalem for CISP through a project supported by the EU in 2015. Women entrepreneurs trained in ceramics were also provided by entrepreneurial training   by OPTIMUM in 2017.
